Went to a popular "organic" market yesterday. I was surprised to see that they had Botanical Interest seeds in stock. Tis the season as they say. Time to plant new seeds literally. Clean house and make way for what Spring has in store. Anyone who has purchased sprouts or seeds at the grocery store knows that the quality can vary. There are several ways to grow sprouts- the most popular, easiest, and least expensive is the jar method. All you need is a glass canning jar (quart or larger) and a lid- either a special sprouting lid or simply a piece of cheesecloth.
