Jicama With Lime & Spices

Cool, crispy, juicy, crunchy, slightly sweet...these are just a few words to describe jicama pronounced "hikamaa."

It's easy to prepare. Just peel the skin, cut it into pieces, squeeze some lime and add your favorite spice, whether it's cayenne, habanero, cajun spices or something else. Delicious & nutritious!
