    I am lovin' (disturbed) by these images. I have always been intrigued by this whole Save the Environment/Going Green campaign that is promoted in the US... particularly when we continue to export our pollution to those who do not have the political and economic power to manage waste. When I was working in Sierra Leone, it broke my heart to see children swim and play in the river polluted with abandoned cars, tires and random garbage. Due to drought (during rainy season, mind you) and a broken pipe, for three days we had no water in the district where I stayed. And yet the river was flowing with water no one would dare drink...
