Bicycle Film Festival/DC Edition
In 2001, founding festival director Brendt Barbur started the Bicycle Film Festival as a platform to celebrate the bicycle through music, art and, of course, film. This years 10th anniversary DC celebration kicks off tonight. The festival features filmwork from all over the world ranging in subject from alleycat races, renowned frame builders, bike polo (who knew?), all terrain bike messngers, amateur fixed gear riders and beyond. The whole setup sounds cool & tickets are bargain priced. I might go check out programs 5 & 6: The Birth of Big Air & Urban Bike Shorts. def wanna see Line of Sight.
