The Power of Sea Vegetables: Hollywood Got it all Wrong....

I'm not a big t.v. watcher so, I sometimes fill that void with Hollywood nonsense. Yes, I go to Barnes and Noble and from time to time, I look at all the bad tabloids. I figure its under control because I will never really buy one. That world fascinates me in the sense that, you have this place that is supposedly so overpopulated with "artists" but, no one is original. Everyone has the same nose job and the same bad wardrobe stylist that allows folks to wear shoes 3 sizes too big in public. LOL!!! And folks that were fine are convinced that a little botox or collagen injection on occasion is cool. Its real crazy to think about how twisted our concept of beauty is. It really shows me that folks don't want to be responsible for their own healing, they rather chop off, add, or inject their way to perfection. What happened to being cool with what you came here with and being the healthiest and strongest for your own body, face, lips, etc. I find that people just don't read anymore. If they did, all of Hollywood could save money on collagen injections and just eat seaweed. I don't know about you but $20 sounds a lot better than $2000. Seaweed adds amazing luster to the skin and returns mineral salts to the skin, that stress and pollution deplete. Skin cells hold moisture better when they absorb the mineral salts, making the skin more supple and elastic. By retaining moisture, the skin plumps, removing the look of dry skin, lines, and wrinkles. (The same supposed benefits of face lifts and collagen injections.) Many women report smoother skin and better skin texture after a seaweed treatment. *Seaweed masks are available at your local health food store.* Amino acid, mineral, and vitamin content help nourish the skin, too. *Certain types of seaweeds possess molecules similar to collagen.* Different varieties of seaweed are: Kelp, Kombu, Nori, Hijiki, Arame, Sea Palm, Bladderwack, Wakame, Dulse, and Irish moss. They can be added to soups, stews, salads, drinks, etc. *Adding Kombu to beans makes them more digestible.* You can also gather a variety of seaweeds and add them to a hot bath to refresh the skin from head to toe. Be well and know that being yourself is truly enough. Peace...
