Why should you drink vegetable juice?

Why should I juice vegetables rather than eat them whole?

Many of us have relatively compromised intestines as a result of poor food choices over many years. This limits our bodies' ability to absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables and juicing tends to facilitate this absorbtion. Also, vegetable juicing allows you to eat more of the vegetables than you normally would otherwise. By incorporating the juice into your healing diet, you will easily be able to reach the roughly 1 pound of raw vegetables per 50 pounds of body weight that is generally recommended we should eat every day.

What type of vegetables should you juice?

Celery + fennel + cucumbers is a good combination that is easily tolerated by those just starting out with juicing. Unfortunately these are not as beneficial as the more intense dark green vegetables. Once you get used to these though you can start adding the better, but perhaps less palatable ones in.

Green LEAFY vegetables are the best to use in your vegetable juicing program. All green leafy vegetables work well. The easiest ones to use include all the lettuces including, but not restricted to:

Red leaf lettuce
Green Leaf lettuce
Romaine lettuce
Escarole lettuce

You can then put in some of the other similar green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale and cabbage. Cabbage juice is one of the most healing juices when it comes to repairing an ulcer as it is a huge source of vitamin U. Do you know what vitain U helps heals? I was inspired to try something new yesterday so I juiced brussels sprouts. It was very sweat and tasted better than eating them raw. I don't always like chewing green vegetables so juicing is a quick and effective way to get what I need to survive in this toxic country.

Herbs also make a good combination. I put parsley in my juice yesterday and it just made everything right. Parsley and cilantro are great in vegetable juice. Hope this helps. Be peace!

By the way, I own a Breville Juice Fountain Elite. Its a little expensive ($299.00 w/o shipping fees), but it's well worth the price. If your looking for a great juicer, I recommend this juicer to anyone trying to yield more juice out of your vegetables. Most juicers are made of plastic and there's a good chance that you have digested particles of plastic. The best juicer to get is a die-cast or steel juicer. Below is a video I used to watch religiously until I made my purchase.

Dark colored leafy veggies are known to have a wide range of nutrients. Eating such food is good for digestion and brings out all essential nutrients our body requires.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand.
It seems too complex and extremely broad for me.
I am looking forward for your next post, I'll try to get the hang of it!

Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification
seemed to be on the web the easiest thing to be
aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people consider worries that they just don't know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
