Well Water Wishes

It seems as though "Mama Sun" is trying to make a permanent appearance, at least for a bit and we need all the vitamin D we can get.  I truly give thanks for that, I love winter clothes but, don't enjoy being cold at all. With the sun comes the heat, and with that comes the concern of making sure that we are drinking sufficient amounts of water.  Your body goes down fast without it.  Every cell is regulated, monitored, and dependent upon an efficient flow of water.  It maintains the body's equilibrium and temperature, lubricates tissues, flushes waste and toxins, moisturizes the skin, and acts as a shock absorber for joints, bones, and muscles.  I know that most doctor's and books say that we should drink no less than 8 glasses a day but, through my experiences everyone has different requirements.  Its based on size, activity level, which influences the amount of liquid we use through sweat, the climate temperature, and our diets.  A diet higher in fruits and vegetables provides more total fluids through food than a diet high in fats, animal protein, and dairy products.  I try to begin and end every day with a glass of water, it just evens everything out. Soak up the sun and say no to tap, no matter what the reports say, keep it clean and pure...Travel and walk Light....Bless
