Dress Warmly PLEASE!!! 2 Basic Tips

Dress in layers. It's important to understand that dressing for the cold weather is a process. It's not just a matter of buying a pair of pants and a jacket, and you're good to go. You need to consider the under layers that you use as much as the outer layers. Get good quality thermal underlayers and a great synthetic fleece
to go under that jacket and pants, and you'll be set to be out on the coldest of days. Ignore the underlayers and you may not.

Eat Warm Foods and Drink More Water and Teas....
The life-saving abilities of the scarf are of great magnitude. More heat releases from the neck and head than any other body part during the winter months. Two scarf layers around the neck conserves heat and sustains optimal blood flow and body temperature. Be wise...Try going all winter without a sneeze...Be well.
