Yogi Abhaya’s Amazing Colon Cleaning Program>>>

This is a really exciting and satisfying cleanse. You get to see results almost immediately! Many people see mucous plaque 'ropes' but maybe you will be lucky and eliminate a penny from 1974 like I have heard has happened to people b4!!

Recipe for B&P's

Put the following ingredients into a glass

1 tbsp liquid Bentonite Clay ('Innovite' brand)
1 tbsp Whole Psyllium Husk (not powdered) I've been using 'Flora' brand, Indian Whole Psyllium Husk.

Then add a bit of cold water, (pure or filtered water) to make a paste. Fill glass up with water, stir. Drink quickly before it turns into oatmeal. Chase with another glass of water.


Day 1: Start with one drink in the morning upon waking. Keep a bottle of warm water by your side and drink lots in the morning with or without lemon juice to get your bowels started, naturally.

Day 2 and on: Everyone is different. Some people can jump right in and within a few days be taking 4 B&P drinks a day. Others need to go slowly..starting with one for a few days...see how their bowels move...then add another one last thing before bed. The goal is to get up to between 3 and 5 a day.

Your first Bowel Cleanse using B&P's can be done for up to 6 months for your first bowel cleanse. You can eat normally, but well, during the Bowel Cleanse with Bentonite and Psyllium and get out lots of mucoid plaque. It's best to try to avoid mucoid-forming foods...meats, white bread, sugar, dairy.

The Key: is to drink the B&P drinks on an empty stomach. You must not eat for one hour before taking the drink and one hour after drinking the drink. That is very important. The Bentonite Clay needs to absorb toxins and the Psyllium husks need to scrub out the corners of your intestines all by themselves. Food will inturrupt their work!

One must drink lots of warm water while doing the B&P bowel cleanse - to ensure that you don't get constipated. Remember that warm water stimulates peristalsis (the bowels) and cold water doesn't. Drink at least 2 litres of warm water a day...or half your body weight in ounces per day.

While doing this cleanse it is helpful to imagine that with each elimination you're having you're getting rid of any old outworn, un-needed thoughts, ideas, feelings...

Colon Cleaning Program
The first step towards achieving vibrant health is performing a complete colon cleanse. This Colon Cleansing Program should be done at least once a year. Follow this cleansing program carefully, and you will be shocked at what comes out of your system. When you start passing 4 foot long pieces that look like black tire tread shaped like an intestine with a smell of a long dead animal, you'll be convinced it's all worth the effort!

In my experience, to get best results, you must follow a program that uses the bulking agent psyllium and liquid bentonite, plus a technique for purging the waste. The psyllium and bentonite suck this poison off the walls of the intestines and allow it to come loose and be excreted. This is why it comes out shaped like your colon. This putrid matter can also contain worms, larvae, egg sacs, and other nasty things. You'll wonder where it all came from. Even though it sounds distasteful, when you fill toilet after toilet full of black waste you will be very thankful it’s not inside you anymore.

On this cleanse you will also experience emotional clearing. Often we hold traumatic experiences in our poisons. As these poisons are released, so are these old emotions. Many people have had spontaneous emotional releases during the cleanse. Don't be alarmed— this is the goal of the cleanse—to detoxify on all levels.
