AVO and CADO....


Perhaps 10,000 years from now there will be endless speculations about what kind of a large animal swallowed whole avocados and excreted pits. Thats right, not only animals evolved, so did fruits vegetables and complex minerals. Stop being selfish mammals! Just kidding. Most foods consumed today were mildly or extremely toxic and co-evolved with mammals. With this fact, I think its more important to honor these fruits and veggies even more. There is no point in eating meat lets face it! You are not a product of the cycle when u consume the meat of TODAY! Ok, enough of my rants. Here are a few facts about avocado to keep you in line:::::
