Arugula Lettuce and Pear>>>>>>>>>>


Ingredients

1 banana
2-3 pears
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed
1 bag of frozen raspberries
2.5 cups pure water
1 teaspoon of your favorite super food eg: Wheat Grass, spirulina etc
small bunch of arugula lettuce leafs

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender.

  2. Add enough water so that all ingredients are covered. Blend well.

WHAT MATTERS?

Arugula-----------------------

Arugula lettuce and pear are an excellent combination. Very delicious and nutritious smoothie. You might try this combo in a salad too. Oneness
