Testimony:: on the 11th>> Juice Fasting for 30 days

In light of all things, we all have to be martyrs to ourselves at some point. If your God conscious, you will be tried continually. We wrestle against principalities. Usery leads to poverty etc etc etc. Today is the 11th day. It is the first number which cannot be represented by a human counting their eight fingers and two thumbs additively.

Number Eleven possesses the qualities of intuition, patience, honesty, sensitivity, and spirituality, and is idealistic. Others turn to people who are 'Eleven' for teaching and inspiration, and are usually uplifted by the experience. In systems such as Astrology and basic Numerology, eleven is considered to be a Master Number. Eleven can also represent sin; transgression and peril. Ten being the perfect number, eleven represents the exceeding of both. It is interesting to note that eleven when broken down ( 1+1=2) comprises the Two of duality. Number eleven is a master vibration and as such should not be reduced to a single number.

So on this day I begin a 30 day JUICE fast. I am not bragging or boasting or trying to convince anyone to fast. I have done this fast for the past 3 years. It's very intense and internal but opens the heart and mind to awareness and overstanding. My fast is different than many. It is not based on religion or a belief system. Just honoring self through selflessness. It is just one I am sharing. Simply. The search for truth, not a belief is capable to heal wounds and give the digestive track a rest.

The regiment:

I drink only "green juice" (vegetable juice) and fruit juice daily. Plant based ONLY!

There is no food intake or chewing allowed AT ALL.

NO intake of artificial sweateners

Tea 3 times a day

6-8 hours of sleep each day
