As the sun beats down and the humidity melts us, we start daydreaming about going to the beach...However, most beaches are several hours drive from DC.

I recently came across
Breezy Point Beach in Calvert, Maryland, which is about 45 minutes away. If you decide to swim, it is jellyfish season so watch out...

Breezy Point is $10 per person. Not cheap, but they have picnic tables in the shade, clean facilities to rinse off, etc. Not much in terms of food, so bring your own...

I had been meaning to ask. Do you have your photography any place else online. I'll check back for your response around 3PM your time. I am in Tokyo. But I will check
