Peace! Hope everybody is well. I fell off the grid for a while, but am back with a slamming new green juice recipe. It's a pretty popular one, so you may already know, but if not, I highly recommend drinking this every morning. It will get you zooming & quickly replace your coffee/tea/breakfast.
The taste is sweet & spicy & according to Lou Corona the effects are anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, & anti-everything else you don't want in your body.
Bottom line: This juice will wake you up!
Lemon Ginger Blast
1 bunch Arugula (or spinach)
1/2 bunch Parsley
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1 Cucumber
1 Lemon
1 Carrot
2 Apples
1-3 inch piece of Ginger
1/4 Habanero Pepper (adjust to taste - try just a small piece your first time)
• Play around with the amounts & ingredients until you find what works best for you. Making juice is fun!
